Our Story
Paratech Limited has successfully operated for over 25 years in the industrial construction business sector, primarily in the petrochemical and downstream gas processing plant environment. We have extensive experience in the civil construction business sector as a result of our enhanced knowledge base and human resource expertise.
HSE POLICY Statement
Paratech Limited is committed to a high standard of Health and Safety and will comply with all statutory duties on health and safety to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all employees in the workplace.
Paratech Limited will provide safe and healthy working conditions for its employees and other persons working under our control. Paratech will also ensure that employees of others or members of the public are not endangered by our acts or omissions.
Sufficient time and resources will be allocated for HSE and Paratech will:

Comply fully with all relevant HSE legislation and regulations;

Ensure that all foreseeable hazards are identified and risks are controlled to an acceptable level;

Execute all jobs by providing and maintaining safe plant and equipment and adequate welfare facilities;

Provide information, instruction, training and supervision for employees to enable them to carry out their tasks competently and safely;

Empower all employees to stop any task or activity which may be deemed unsafe to themselves or others;

Ensure that safe systems of work are implemented to prevent all incidents, accidents and work related ill health;

Ensure that all incidents and accidents are reported;

Provide information, instruction and training for employees to enable them to deal with emergency scenarios;

Manage the safe handling and transport of harmful substances in accordance with regulations and or best practice guidelines;

Consult employees on the management of HSE issues and agreed resolutions will be effectively implemented to improve the performance of the HSE management system;

Review its HSE management system periodically and updated its policies and procedures where necessary to keep current with best practices of industry.
